I was assisting in selling my elderly mother's home in Naples from out of state and Christianne was instrumental in making the process go as smoothly as possible. It is so amusing how our home purchase evolved. We arrived in Florida on a Saturday, and decided to entertain ourselves by attending open houses on Sunday, the day before we were to meet with Christianne. Strictly out of curiosity, we went to an open house for a villa we could not afford. It turns out that we could afford it, and we did eventually buy it, but it took looking at dozens and dozens of condos, villas, and houses, a failed contract after inspection on another single family home, lots of price comparisons on which fees include what, what each community had to offer, did we even like the communities, did we want new construction...we were questioning ourselves to the brink of despair. However, that was the framework we needed to be really sure of our choice. Through it all, Christiane took us around efficiently and without complaint while we changed our parameters on a daily basis. I am not sure how she did it, but we were able to purchase that villa...the house of our dreams. The price was reduced along with sellers' assist with closing costs, allowing us to have the required cash to get in and stay in...great negotiating on her part. After the contract was signed, she stayed on top of every stage of the closing process, and stepped up to handle details that were my responsibility, but what a blessing to have so many things taken care of by Christianne. I had to be careful to not text or email her late at night, which is when I had time to communicate, as she would immediately respond. It was no easy task for her to deal with an unresponsive seller's agent, but she persisted until every detail was ironed out, even texting us as the cruise ship pulled out of port for her mini-vacation a few days before our closing (and again as soon as she had phone service when she returned). The attorney she recommended was top shelf, too. We could not be happier with the service she provided. It was out best experience by far with a Realtor, and we've over a dozen real estate transaction over the years.
